Terms of Service

Effective date: 6 September 2026
Website: https://ghadabadran.com
Brand: Dr Ghada Badran

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and your enrollment in online MRCOG preparation courses associated with Dr Ghada Badran.

By browsing the site, contacting us, paying for a course, or accessing course materials, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or enroll.

This page is website copy for review. It is not legal advice.

1. Who we are

Courses are taught by Dr Ghada Badran, MRCOG. This website and enrollment are provided by the Dr Ghada Badran teaching brand (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. What we offer

We offer online exam-preparation courses and related materials for MRCOG candidates, which may include:

  • Part I, Part II, and Part III tracks (including crash and regular sittings where published)
  • Interview preparation
  • Part III library access and one-to-one OSCE circuits where offered

Typical features include recorded teaching, topic quizzes, and dated sittings aligned to an exam period. Exact content, dates, and inclusions are described on the relevant course page or confirmed when you enroll.

Important: These courses are educational preparation only. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a substitute for the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG). Completing a course does not guarantee a pass in any examination. Any certificate we issue is a course-completion certificate from this academy, not an RCOG qualification.

3. Eligibility

You confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old
  • Are using the site and courses for your own professional exam preparation
  • Will provide accurate contact details so we can confirm your seat and send access

4. How enrollment works

Enrollment on this site is not always instant self-checkout.

  1. You browse courses and contact us (contact form, email, phone, or WhatsApp).
  2. We confirm availability, price, and sitting details with you.
  3. You complete payment using the method we agree with you.
  4. Your seat is confirmed manually after we verify payment and your details.
  5. We then send access instructions (login and/or course links).

Until we confirm your seat in writing (message or email), enrollment is not complete—even if you have sent a payment enquiry.

Course places may be limited. We may refuse or cancel an enrollment if payment fails, details are incomplete, or materials have been abused on a previous account.

5. Accounts and access

  • You must keep login details confidential and not share them.
  • Access is licensed to you personally for the course / sitting you purchased.
  • Recording, redistributing, uploading, or selling our materials (videos, notes, quizzes, circuits) is not allowed.
  • We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe credentials or materials are being shared or misused.

Technical requirements: a modern browser, stable internet, and the ability to play standard video/audio. We are not responsible for issues caused by your device, local network, or third-party outages outside our control, but we will help where we reasonably can.

6. Fees and payment

  • Prices are as quoted on the site or confirmed in your enrollment conversation.
  • Fees are generally charged in the currency stated at enrollment.
  • Payment must clear before access is granted, unless we expressly agree otherwise.
  • You are responsible for any bank charges, transfer fees, or currency conversion costs on your side.

If a payment is reversed or charged back after access was granted, we may suspend access until the matter is resolved.

7. Refunds

Refunds are described in our Refunds Policy. By enrolling, you also agree to that policy.

In summary (see the full policy for detail): digital course fees may be refundable only within a short window before course access is used; after materials are opened, fees are generally non-refundable except where we cancel a course or cannot provide access.

8. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use materials only for personal study
  • Behave respectfully toward teaching staff and other candidates in any group or circuit setting
  • Not attempt to copy, scrape, or republish course content
  • Not rely on the course as medical advice for patient care — content is for exam preparation

9. Intellectual property

All website design, course recordings, texts, quizzes, graphics, logos, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access purchased materials for your own study during the access period we grant.

No rights are granted except as expressly stated. RCOG, MRCOG, and related marks belong to their respective owners.

10. Testimonials and feedback

If you send a testimonial, you grant us permission to publish your first name / initials and feedback on this site, unless you ask us not to. You can request removal of a published testimonial by contacting us.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and courses are provided on an “as available” basis. We work hard to keep materials accurate and useful, but we do not warrant that:

  • Content is complete, uninterrupted, or error-free
  • The course will result in any particular exam outcome
  • The site will always be available without downtime

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for exam results, career decisions, or indirect losses (such as lost opportunity or lost profits) arising from use of the site or courses
  • Our total liability for any claim relating to a course is limited to the amount you paid us for that course

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (for example liability for fraud or for death/personal injury caused by negligence, where such rules apply).

13. Changes to courses or these Terms

We may update course schedules, tutors’ delivery format, or platform details when needed. If a sitting is cancelled by us, we will offer a transfer to another sitting or a refund in line with the Refunds Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date will change when we do. Material changes will apply to new enrollments; for existing enrollments we will honor what was confirmed at purchase where required.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of competent jurisdiction there shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.
